Drama Club Notes

Elections
Elections for Drama Club officers is underway! Nominations are due to Mrs. Horton by Monday October 1. The elections will be held on Wednesday Oct 3 during Activity Period.

The new officers will meet with Mrs. Horton on Wednesday October 10 during activity to discuss immediate concerns

Meetings
The next scheduled meeting is Thursday October 25 from 3:00-4:00pm

Membership
• All members are required to participate in the production of any performance.
• Sign up sheets for the many crews are in Mrs. Horton’s room
• Let’s do more together—workshops, retreats, mixers
• How do we bring in new members? Bring your ideas to the next meeting
• We need T-shirts! Maybe you can design one for us. This will be discussed in the October meeting

Fundraising
• The 3rd annual cookie dough sale is in progress. All members should aim to sell ten items. All funds will be used to offset expenses for fieldtrips, costumes, FOOD! Etc.
• The top seller will receive $50! How’s that for motivation!

Upcoming Productions
• Auditions for Madrigal Feast will be held on Tuesday October 9th, 3-5:30pm and Friday October 12 from 3 to 6 PM
• Needed: Actors, Singers, Servers
• Sign ups for your area of interest will begin on Monday October 1st
• Audition packs can be picked up on Wednesday October 3.
• Madrigal; Feast will be held on 12/15 and 16!
• Performance piece: Robin Hood, (sort of)
