The Alexander Pep Band performs at the home games for the Alexander Boys Varsity Basketball games. Pep Band is open to any Alexander student in grades 6-12 who wants to play in the band. All that is required is a red polo which can be purchased from the Alexander Band Boosters for $13.00. Rehearsals are only held before each game in the band room. Pep Band is a loosely formed group, and attendance is not required at every game. Students can come to the games they choose. However, to be considered a full member of the Pep Band and to be recognized at the Spring Awards Ceremony as such, attendance is required at 8 out of the 10 games.

If there is a Snow Day, there will be NO Pep Band.
